These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of services and use of the website www.islandventures.ky ("the Site") operated by Island Ventures ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our Site or making a booking, you ("Customer", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services
Island Ventures provides sea excursions, airport pickup and drop services, catamaran tours, stingray tours, and other services as may be listed on the Site.

3. Bookings
a. All bookings made via the Site, email, or other platforms must be confirmed by Island Ventures.
b. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
c. Upon successful booking, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.

4. Pricing and Payment
a. All prices are listed in USD and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
b. Payment can be made using the methods provided on our Site.
c. Any discrepancies in payment must be reported to info@islandventures.ky within 7 days of the booking.

5. Cancellations
a. Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
b. Cancellations within 72 hours will be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee.
c. No-shows will not be refunded.

6. Safety and Conduct
a. The safety of our customers is paramount. Island Ventures reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
b. Customers must comply with all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Island Ventures staff.
c. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in the termination of the service with no refund.

7. Liability
a. Island Ventures shall not be responsible for any personal injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the provision of services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
b. Customers partake in all activities at their own risk.
